Industrial surface finishes
Surface finishing is the expression used for technical processes which are used in the production of a part, with the purpose of improving some of the characteristics of the part. These can be of both a functional (e.g. protection against corrosion, protection against wear, etc.) and a decorative nature (brightness, colour, etc.) – or a combination of both.
