Schulte & Schmidteinander

  • The "Schulte & Schmidteinander" steering group set up in 2002 is the motor behind any changes we make which are geared towards improving work satisfaction and the health situation. Since the steering group is made up of a mixture of internal and external members, a wide range of viewpoints can be taken into consideration.
  • In 2006 Schulte & Schmidt received an award from the AOK for this successful health management scheme. We are proud of the fact that this certificate has only been awarded to 17 firms in Middle Franconia so far. We are particularly commended here for are our efforts in respect of healthy workplace organisation and design and the promotion of the health of our employees.
  • Ever since May 2003 we have kept our employees and retired employees of the company up to date with all the latest news about our company in the quarterly staff magazine "Schulte & Schmidteinander".
